SolaceTix earns money through affiliate commissions. When you click a “Get tickets” link and buy tickets on a seller’s website, that seller (or its affiliate network) may pay SolaceTix a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

Our promises

1. Commissions don’t decide what you see. Which events we feature, and in what order, does not depend on whether or how much a seller pays us. Where we show prices from more than one seller, we sort them by the total price we have (including the seller’s fees where they are provided). For many events we don’t have prices at all, and we don’t show any; the price, fees and taxes are shown on the seller’s checkout page.
2. Affiliate links are labelled. Links that may earn us money are marked with a small “Ad” label on or next to the button, use rel="sponsored", and pass through a short SolaceTix redirect (/go/…) on the way to the seller. A link to this page is in the footer of every page.
3. We are not a ticket seller. We never take payment, hold tickets or process refunds. Your purchase is a contract between you and the seller.
4. We include sellers that don’t pay us when we have their data, if it helps you find a better price.

Who we work with

We participate, or plan to participate, in affiliate programmes including those for Ticketmaster (via Impact), StubHub and viagogo (via Partnerize), Vivid Seats, TickPick, TicketNetwork (via Awin) and SeatGeek. Programme participation may change. [Update this list as programmes approve the account.]

Regulators

This disclosure is intended to meet the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the UK Competition and Markets Authority and Advertising Standards Authority guidance on labelling affiliate content as advertising (“Ad”), and Canada’s Competition Act guidance on clear disclosure of material connections.
